I am an Employment Attorney, practicing since 1991, in Sacramento and San Diego.  My JD degree is from McGeorge School of Law (University of Pacific), in Sacramento, and a BA degree from Western Kentucky University, majors in Pre Law-Gov. and French.  The area of law that I love is Federal, State and Constitutional Law.  I am licensed with the California State Bar, 1991, Federal District Court (Eastern District), 1991and the United States Supreme Court, 1998.

My practice emphasis is in Federal Employment Law, representing U.S. Postal Employees, and working with the American Postal Workers Union.  In addition, I represent State employees in the area of Employment Discrimination.  My areas of practice include: Wrongful Terminations, Race, Sex, National Origin, Sexual Harassment, Disability, Age Discrimination, and Retaliation.  I have experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), in Hearing, Mediation, Arbitration and trials.  Other areas of legal practice over the years include: Personal Injury, Family Law and Worker’s Compensation.

There are several professional organizations and community affiliations that I am a member of including: North County Bar Association, San Diego County, Women Business, San Diego Chapter, Valley Center, Escondido and Palomar Women’s Club, Boy Scouts of America, Committee Chair, and certified Merit Badge Counselor, Valley Center, Troop 673.
