Laturno & Graves was founded in 1992 by Gary M. Laturno and David W. Graves. Mr. Laturno served previously as Legal Counsel and Chief of Civil Litigation for the FBI, as well as the FBI's press/media spokesman. Mr. Graves served previously as a partner at Goldbeck & Graves where his practice concentrated in litigation (insurance coverage, construction defect and employment law). Mr. Laturno is available to serve as a mediator and/or arbitrator in employment law disputes, as well as other matters. Mr. Graves, an experienced trial attorney, chairs the firm's Litigation Department.
The firm's principals are supported by associate attorneys Patricia A. Roder and Annie Sahhor, who have over 30 years of legal experience. Samuel D.Osowski, Esq., of counsel, brings 20 plus years of experience in transactional law (business and real estate) and estate planning to the firm.
The firm's attorneys speak regularly at continuing education seminars, publish legal articles and participate regularly in professional, civic and charitable organizations. In 1995, the firm received the California State Bar President's Annual Pro Bono Service Award, an honor bestowed on only two law firms in California each year.
